what am I missing here, and why are there so many phpmyadmin themes?

I’ve been using and loving phpmyadmin for years, and prefer it to mysql’s admin, but themes for an app only seen by usually one or at least just a set of the same dudes (who most of the time probably couldn’t care less)?
Sounds like the dev team fairly ran out of innovations and just wanna make it purtier :). However, I am curious if dealing with mysql while looking viewing an arctic ocean background or a nice acquatic scene can improve things. Hmmmm..
re the amazing Putty here’s a relevant page when I came up with an apparently common “The application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.” Winxp error.

basically you’ve to create three new files like so:
- putty.mft:
rename to putty.exe.manifest (or
puttytel.exe.manifest) - puttygen.mft:
rename to puttygen.exe.manifest - pageant.mft:
rename to pageant.exe.manifest
from code they provide and rename these as instructed. Using notepad I got it going in five minutes. I submit we should also name Putty, the “Amazing Putty”. I mean, why not?
